APRIL 16| Critique of Midterm
ASSIGNMENT #3: EDITING | 10 pts DUE APRIL 16
Select two images: an everyday image and supernatural image from Assignment #1. Edit one image in Lightroom non -destructively, being sure to save your .xmp data, and one in Photoshop destructively, complete with layered files. Print these for class critique in 8x 10 format. Have the files ready to submit on your remote drive for a grade. Write a half page response explaining your editing choices and bring your work (the before and after) to class to explain your process and choices during our discussion time.
MIDTERM PROJECT | 10 pts DUE APRIL 16th
After your editing assignment, use your post-processing skills to edit a photograph of your choice. This could be one of the images you shot earlier in the semester for your photo shoot or could be a favorite image you’d like to include in your portfolio. Print this for class critique in a size format of your choice. Bring your work (the before and after) to class and be prepared to explain your process and choices during our discussion time. You may choose to do a series of images for 5 pts. extra-credit.
